Two TODO's for spec draft editing

Hi, all,

Just want to send a reminder that there are at least two TODO's for
spec draft editing:

  
Updating Section 1.2 "Normative References" (e.g adding WS-BPEL
2.0 OS reference) 

  

  
Align with latest SCA Assembly sytnax (?)
