SCA BPEL editors subcommittee

OASIS admin has created a subcommittee for SCA BPEL on my request:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/sca-bpel-editors/

The current members are the chairs and the editors (who have been 
assigned secretary role). This subcommittee and corresponding ML is 
meant for spec and issues editors to coordinate and discuss issues.
