Title: ComponentType should not contain implementation.bpel

Target: BPEL C&I spec

Description: Section which describes the component Type associated with 
a BPEL process has a schema snippet that contains <implementation.bpel>. 
A Component type should not contain this, this belongs to the component.

Proposal:
Replace <implemenation.bpel> with <service>, <reference> and <property>
