Assembly issue 52 closed with no action

This email is to let you know that at the recent f2f meeting the SCA 
Assembly TC closed issue 52 [1] with no action [2].

BPEL issue 17 [3] was dependent on assembly issue 52. Given that 52 has 
been closed with no action, I would like to put issue 17 on the agenda 
for tomorrow.
