[sca-bpel] New Issue - Additional Integrity Constraints for Component TypeSide Files

DESCRIPTION: Section 2.6 "Hand-Generated Component Type Files" (in the Nov
20 TC call renamed to "Component Type Side Files") describes how service
and reference definitions in a component type side file may use the
sca-bpel:implementationRef attribute for identifying a BPEL partner link.

Similar to the situations resolved with Issue 23, this section also allows
useless combinations:
(a) A service may have an sca-bpel:implementationRef attribute referencing
a BPEL partner link that has no inbound role.
(b) A reference may have an sca-bpel:implementationRef attribute
referencing a BPEL partner link that has no outbound role.

PROPOSAL: Add normative constraints to this section in order to avoid such
useless specifications.

"A service MUST NOT identify a partner link with a partnerRole attribute
referencing a role which is the only role of a partner link type."

and

"A reference MUST NOT identify a partner link with a myRole attribute
referencing a role which is the only role of a partner link type."
