Public Review announcement

This is an update on the status of the Public Review announcement for  
the SCA specifications. All specifications have been reviewed. The SCA- 
BPEL spec was returned to the TC for invalid namespaces. Once that is  
rectified and the spec is returned the review process can proceed.

I will be out of the office on Monday and Tuesday and will have  
extremely limited access to e-mail/internet.
