NEW ISSUE: SBPEL3006 isn't deterministic

SBPEL 3006 has
language left over from when the component type was not simply derived
from the process.  This came up during discussion of issue 42.

The introspected component
type MUST include a reference with a multiplicity of either "0..n" or "1..n" that corresponds to
a variable with the sca-bpel:multiReference element.

  

  
We need to actually specify how to derive the multiplicity from the
process.
