Description:
There is an inconsistency between the pseudo-schema and the schema.
partnerLinkType and partnerRole attributes of sca-bpel:multiReference
are listed as optional in the appendix schema but the pseudo-schema
lists them as required.

Proposal:
Change the schema in the appendix to make these attributes required.
