Description:

Spec does not say that in-order to resolve variable
name referred by sca-bpel:multiRefFrom extension for the partner link it must
follow the same scoping rules to resolve variable name as BPEL.

Proposal: Add a note in section 3.2 where
sca-bpel:multiRefForm extension is declared stating:

The variable name referred by sca-bpel:multiRefForm can
be resolved using the same scoping rules as BPEL uses to resolve variable names.
