The answer is "no" - wiredByImpl
is not supported by the Tuscany BPEL implementation type.

Does the SCA BPEL runtime used for
testing support the wiredByImpl attribute of
a reference?  I think it does
not.

I guess the above question is for Mike Edwards but perhaps
there are others who are familiar with the capabilities of the SCA BPEL
runtime we are currently using for testing!
