NEW ISSUE: WSDL mapping annotations

Title: Annotations are needed to control
mapping from WSDL to C++

Target: C++ Client and Implementation
Model/C++ Annotations

Description:  There will be circumstances
where it will be necessary to modify the default mapping from WSDL to C++.
 Examples:  where the operation name or a message element name
is not a valid C++ name or the type of a message element can be more efficiently
be manipulated with a non-default mapping.

Proposal:  SDO defines a way to
do this.  We should examine what has been done there.
