4. Actoon to conver c spec to OASIS style

Action on Editors to convert C submission to a working draft using an OASIS template

5. Update on Issues Process

There will be a Issue Tracking System it is not quite operational

6. Spec Version Number

Should this be 1.1 or 2.0?  Other TC's using 1.1 until an incompatibility in introduced.

Resolved to have specification version be 1.1 until an an incompatiblity is created.

7.  Conformance Language

Resolved to use RFC 2119 unless Assembly TC adopts something different

8. Overview of C++ Working Draft 01

Simple import of C++ submission.
There a some known editoral/formatting things to be done.

9. New Issues

Cannot accept any issues until Issue Tracking System is functional

Issue to be raised:  Namespaces have to be changed to OASIS - this is incompatible with V1.0

10) AOB

Testing - what format is test suite/relationship with spec.
Test suite is a set of artifacts (SCDL, programs, etc.) not part of spec itself.
Follow lead of Assembly and Java TCs for establishing linkage.
