No call this week.

Due to a F2F for the Bindings TC, there
was no Assembly TC call.  This means there was no vote to take the
Assembly spec. to a Committee Draft - which I was going to use as a model
for the votes to take our specs to Committee Drafts.  We currently
only have one issue ready for action (CCPP-22: Annotation grammar for C),
and there is a Java TC F2F tomorrow where a discussion about callback simplification
is likely to occur so, I am going to cancel this week's call.
