Request to Publish CD05 of the SCA C++ Client and ImplementationSpecification V1.1 and to conduct 3rd Public Review of this document

Dear TC Admin, 

On the March 4th conference call [1], the SCA C and C++ TC resolved by
passing of unanimous motions to 

A) Submit the C++ Client and Implementation specification Committee Draft
5 package [2] for publication on the OASIS site 

B) Submit the C++ Client and Implementation specification Committee Draft
5 package [2] as a Public Review Draft 

C) Hold the 3rd Public Reviews of each document for 15 days 

The Second Public Review of the SCA C++ Client and Implementation Specification
V1.1 took place between 15/02/2010 and 02/03/2010, and 

were announced in this email:

A Diff-marked version of the CD05 specifications against the CD04 (which
was the second Public Review version) is available in the package. 

Please initiate the public review
of the SCA C++ Client and Implementation specification package.
