CD06 version of the SCA main namespace XSDs

Folks,

I have prepared an initial version of
the CD06 XSDs for the main namespace, matching the CD06 SCA Assembly specification

and the latest available versions of
all the dependent XSDs from other TCs.

I'd be grateful if you could review
the XSDs belonging to the SCA C & CPP TC and check for accuracy - let
me know of any problems ASAP please.

I note that the CD06 version of the
namespace is not yet available publicly - the current RDDL file still points
to the CD05 version.

All the files are checked into the OASIS
SVN repo - the overall directory is here:
