You're a bit of a slave driver here   ;-) 

Issue 83 didn't even get raised until the Java TC call last Monday - it
happened that the 
resolution was simple so that it got approved at that same meeting.  So
the issue is indeed 
"resolved" - but that then needs the editors to go update the
specification, which has not 
yet happened due to lack of time.  When the editors add it to the
spec, the issue goes into 
"Applied" state. 

Having said that, I'll probably get around to doing this edit today  ;-)

  I noticed that ISSUE-83 is marked resolved, but it's not in the
draft you recently uploaded nor on the list of Action items. Is it going
to be incorporated to the next draft of the spec ?

My work is done. I've uploaded WD04 [1] containing my edits to resolve
actions items as per the meeting today.

I've also uploaded the action item document [2] which I modified to strike
through the AIs that I completed.
