Updated Action Items document - and a Question

Folks,

I've just posted an updated action items
document here:

I've raised 4 of the issues listed.

The 5th one gives me a problem.

This is the one:

"Issue:
Section 5.1.4 - need to spell out the names and locations of the files
at line 313."

The whole of Section 5.1.4 is a big
example.  There does not appear to be anything normative in that

section.  As a result, I cannot
create a sensible issue for this section - I believe that this should simply

be an editorial action to make the example
easier to understand by labelling things better.
