Mike,

You are absolutely right.  I just saw the access modifier restrictions
being dropped because of ISSUE 37  (as per Anish's comments in [1]) and
didn't realize that ISSUE 37 is about injection on private fields :o(.

Right sentiments, wrong Issue resolution.

Issue 37 has nothing to say about @init and @destroy, but the resolution of
Issue 44 most certainly does.

So:  PROPOSAL

Close Issue 42 with no action due to the resolution of Issue 44.
