NEW ISSUE: Need API to set EPR and for a reference invocation

DESCRIPTION: Need API to set EPR for a reference invocation

 

The assembly specification mentions that when wiredByImpl attribute
for a reference is set to “true”, it indicates that the target of the reference
is set at runtime by the implementation code. We need a Java API to achieve
this.
