You might like to be aware of a debate
that is taking place to remove the requirement for support of WSDL 2.0

interfaces, only requiring that interfaces
be mappable to WSDL 1.1 interfaces.

On lines 1556-1557, the sentence “A remotable
service can be published externally as a service and must be translatable
into a WSDL portType" implies support for WSDL 1.1 only.

Replace the text with the following:

as a service and SHOULD be translatable into a generally accepted standard
for a service, such as WSDL 1.1 or WSDL 2.0
