JEE Subcommittee status

Plamen provided this update on the JEE sub-committee's progress:

On Friday's phone call we were just few people, but nevertheless we continue from the place, reached before (section 5.1.3) and we managed to cover the sections up to 6.1.3. Some questions were answered, which helped for better understanding of the specification. Some issues were found and most of them were editorial. Our idea/plan is to continue with the specification, to finish the whole one as during this time we'll collect all the issues. As soon as we finish, to go back to the issue list and for each issue decide what should be done, whether JEE subcommittee could make the change alone (e.g. editorial change) or issue should be raised inform of the SCA-J committee (e.g. normative change).
