NEW ISSUE: Java CAA spec does not contain the interface.java schema

Title: Java CAA spec does not contain the interface.java schema

Target: Java CAA spec

Description:
While packaging up the java caa cd 01 I realized that the Java CAA 
contains the definition/description of <interface.java> but it does not 
contain the schema. The schema is in the assembly spec. interface.java 
used to be defined in assembly but was later moved to caa spec. The 
schema similarly should be part of the caa spec.

Not entirely sure if this is a new issue, editorial issue or part of an 
existing issue (which was resolved but not correctly applied by the 
editors).

Proposal:
Create an appendix to include the schema for <interface.java>
