Telecon time issues - day light savings time change over

Hi Everyone,

Looks like day light savings time is changing in the UK and Europe this coming weekend, but the DST change over in the US is not until a week later.  So, this is just a reminder that the Policy TC Telecon (Noon ET) and Java TC Telecon (8AM PT, 11AM ET) are being held based on US time.
