NEW ISSUE: Update default EJB version of binding.ejb to EJB3

TARGET: EJB Binding spec [1]

DESCRIPTION: 

The EJB binding spec currently indicates that the default EJB version is EJB2, meaning EJB 2.x Session beans.  EJB 3.x is now quite common and popular, and might be the best default for binding.ejb.

PROPOSAL:

Change the default for @ejb-version to be "EJB3".
