[sca-j] URGENT - SCA-J Issue backlog
There is a substantial issue backlog in the SCA-J TC.
I spent a bit of time today organizing JIRA. I've established dependencies,
blocking defects, corrected issue assignments, and updated issue status.
I need the following from each person. Look at the list of OPEN defects
assigned to you and be prepared to agree or object on Monday's telecon.
