Looks good, thanks for working on this.
I found several remaining problems by searching the document for the word stateful. Outside of the TOC, there are 3 occurrences that need to be addressed (the occurrence you added is not a problem).

[sca-j] ISSUE 95: Proposed resolution
The attached document contains edits to remove conversations
from the cd01-rev4a version of the spec. I accepted all the
changes in rev4a before making these edits, so that it would
be easier to see the edits for issue 95.
This version of the spec does not contain any edits for issue 25.
The proposed changes for issue 25 would completely replace section
6.2.1 as well as making a number of other changes. Please bear
this in mind when reviewing this document.
