OK, thanks. I believe the date is achievable but only by a
big effort over the next 4 weeks (actually it's only 3 weeks
until we need to have the review drafts ready).
I am willing to take on a major share of the effort needed.
As a start, I will offer to sign up for the 4 unassigned issues
as well as the 4 that I have already, and produce proposed
resolutions for all these 8 issues by the end of this week.
I am also willing to take on a similar number of additional
issues from other people if they don't have the time to work on
them themselves.
