Specs with new names

Per our call today, I'm attaching the word and pdf versions of our two 
PR specs (with new names). Change bars are enabled. Please ignore change 
bars that show up for noops (not sure how I can get rid of it, but that 
will go away in the final version). If this looks right, I'll generate 
the HTML and update the doc repo (zip as well as individual files).

Please note the following:

1) The specs referred to the "Service Component Architecture Java Common 
Annotations and APIs Specification Version 1.1" as "SCA Java Common 
Annotations and APIs Specification Version 1.1." With the new name, I 
don't think it makes sense to call it "SCA SCA-J Common Annotations and 
APIs Specification Version 1.1" in the shortened form, so I have changed 
it to say "SCA-J Common Annotations and APIs Specification Version 1.1."

2) The term "Java Component Implementation" appears in a lot of places. 
I don't think today's motion empowers me to change that (and I have not 
changed it in the attached documents). But, I think we should consider 
changing that to "POJO Component Implementation" including the 
conformance section that defines artifacts such as "SCA Java Component 
Implementation Composite Document" (to "SCA POJO Component 
Implementation Composite Document) and "SCA Java Component 
Implementation Contribution Document" (to "SCA POJO Component 
Implementation Contribution Document").
