EJB Binding spec updates (issue 107 v5)

I made the changes to the EJB binding spec as discussed on the telecon (Mon Aug 10) and published the related documents here [1], [2].  I'll take review comments on either v4 or v5 of the documents.

To recap, the changes are:

- section 3 - additional bullet for SCA service interfaces

- entire document clarification of service and reference to SCA service and SCA reference (or EJB and EJB reference) as appropriate.
