EJB Binding (wd05) Are we ready for CD01 ?

I've applied the remaining EJB binding issues to the spec [1] [2] as WD 05.

I'd like to assert that the EJB binding spec WD 05 is now ready to be considered for CD01.  Mark, can we have a quick discussion on the Monday telecon?  As always, email discussion on this point is also welcome.  Of course, there are front matter document issues to be addressed, etc, but beyond that, does anyone have any concerns if we begin the process of moving toward CD01?
