TARGET: EJB binding spec

DESCRIPTION: 

Section 1.3 (non-normative references) is empty and should be removed.

Appendix A (Use cases) is non-normative and is probably better placed in Appendix E (non-normative text)

PROPOSAL: 

a) Remove section 1.3

b) Move Appendix A to Appendix E. Fix any references to appendix A to point to the new location of use cases in appendix E.
