ISSUE 171: Duplicate normative statements in Java CI and Java CAA -proposal

I've attached a proposal to resolve issue 171 to the JIRA [1].  Basically, I decided to have the componentType introspection rules point to the JCAA annotation rules for the two cases identified in the issue.
