SCA Java APIs JAR file - and an updated version of CD04

Folks,

I've prepared a formal version of the
Java APIs and Annotation files which match the CD04 version of the specification.

This is provided as a JAR file which
can be used by anyone who wishes to either use the API / Annotations or
to implement

the APIs and Annotations.

Here is the sca-apis JAR file:

Unfortunately I found a series of bugs
in the CD04 specification, which I have fixed in an update version of the
document which

can be found here:

The spec document is change marked and
the changes relate to the sections that deal with the formal definitions
of the

APIs and the Annotations.

The SVN repository has been updated.
 The source files match the specification now.  I have also committed
the Maven 

files which I have used to build the
JAR file - although these are not normative, they are very useful in building
the JAR file.
