Java CAA - CD03 Rev3

Folks,

I've prepared an initial version of
Java CAA CD03 Rev3 which incorporates the many changes caused by Issue
54 resolution:

I believe that Bryan has a set of editorial
changes to make on top of this, but I think that all outstanding normative

are now included in this version of
the CAA spec.
