DESCRIPTION: 

Service5Intents of TEST_JCA_8007Component2 has testIntent4
applied (via Service5Intents)  but this intent doesn't have a policy
set. 

SVN Version: 133

PROPOSAL: 

Add a policy set to resolve testIntent4 as
per the policy sets that resolve other intents for this test.
