Updated EJB Binding Test Assertions - WD03

As per my AI from March 8, I've taken a pass over the EJB Binding TA
document [1,2] and updated it with two kinds of changes, (a) uplevel to EJB
Binding CD02, and (b) editorial to prepare for CD.  Most of the changes are
for (b).  Please send comments if you have 'em.
