Instructions for running SCA POJO testcases

The document at [1] contains the instructions for running the SCA-J POJO
spec testcases against the Tuscany SCA runtime.  Please try it out and
provide comments.  I adapted the instructions that Mike wrote for the BPEL
TC.  I'll do the CAA spec tests tomorrow if I can find the time.
