Bryan, Thanks for doing this.  It looks good
to me, and simpler than I

thought it would be.  I noted one annoying typo: thre->there.  I
think the

editors can clean that up when they apply.

Mark, For the POJO test-assertions.  I noticed, coincidentally while

reading Bryan's proposal, that the @Webservice TAs I added were all focused

on @Webservice annotating an impl class.  There are none that annotate
an

interface class.  If you're still pushing forward on the TAs, it would
be

good to add at least one interface usage.
