TARGET: Test Cases CD01

DESCRIPTION: The description for testcase POL_3011 is incorrect. It has the
description for POL_3009.  This is a cut/paste problem.

PROPOSAL:
Change the description to:
Tests that a referenced policySet provides a subset of the intents provided
by the referencing policySet.
