Target: CAA Test Assertions CD01 and CAA Test Cases CD01

Description: The resolution of Java 200 (
http://osoa.org/jira/browse/JAVA-200) added 5 normative statements with
respect to the processing of JAX-WS annotations.  Test assertions and the
corresponding test cases are needed for these new normative statements
(JCA100023 through JCA100027).
