SCA-J: Need to elect a new co-chair

Folks,

Since Mark Combellack unfortunately
had to give up being the co-chair of the SCA-J TC, Dave Booz has run the
TC on his own.

I think that this is too great a burden
and it would very much help the work of the TC if we could elect another
co-chair to work

alongside Dave.

So, I'd be very grateful if someone
could step forward who is prepared to be co-chair and we can look to elect
them to that

position at the next TC call.
