Discussion of the nature of the problem
identified

Mike: I think that these TAs must work
on "observables" - and an invocation of a method on a service
implementation object is an observable - you can instrument the method
to make measurements - and this is not an "event" but an object
that can be tested

Anish: Need to ask Jacques which other
TAs this applies to...

Anish: Tell Jacques your rationale of
how to deal with these issues and see what he says

(both of these directed at Mike who
already has an Action Item for contacting Jacques)

3. JAVA-221 Stronger use of "tags"
might help classify TAs based on targets

to consistently identify "artifacts" that are the subject of
the TA - possible when dealing with XML elements, but not so clear

- not sure we understand this
