Re: Support for JSR-330 - Dependency Injection for Java
Aaron,

The SCA-J technical committee thanks
you for your comment relating to the SCA Java specifications, which

was logged as issue number 224:

http://osoa.org/jira/browse/JAVA-224

The committee decided at its meeting
of the 24th January to close this issue with no action.

The reasons for doing this include:

- the lateness in the cycle for the
SCA V1.1 specifications of adding in support for a new set of functionality

- the absence of the JSR-330 annotations
from any current or forthcoming Java SE release (not in JSE 6 or JSE 7),

given that the current SCA Java specifications are based on the
use of Java SE

The committee will consider whether
JSR-330 should be handled in the context of Java EE when it picks up

the work on the SCA Java EE specification,
given the inclusion of JSR-330 in Java EE 6.

Yours, Mike
