[NEW ISSUE] Spring Extension XSD and A.1 sca-implementation-spring.xsd usean out-of-date main SCA namespace

Description:

Section A.1 has a description of the
sca-implementation-spring.xsd

Section A.2 has a description of the
SCA Spring Extension schema - sca-spring-extension.xsd

These XSDs currently use an out-of-date
version of the main SCA namespace:

  xmlns:sca="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/sca/200903"

...and an out-of-date version of the
location of the XSD for this namespace:

  xsi:schemaLocation="

     
 http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/sca/200903

     
 http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-assembly/sca-core-1.1-cd03.xsd"

These must be updated to use the current
(CD06) version of the main namespace and XSD location.

Proposal:

Update the main SCA namespace to:

  xmlns:sca="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/sca/200912"

Update the location for the main SCA
namespace to:

  xsi:schemaLocation="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/sca/200912
