This includes resolution of issues 182, 225, and 229 (we have not 
resolved this issue yet, and JIRA still has it as NEW, but I fixed it 
anyway as I had the doc open when the issue came in, in anticipation of 
a resolution as proposed by Mike -- it is a pretty straight forward 
matter, but if something turns up we can fix it, after all this is still 
at a WD stage). I also made a few ed fixes that Bryan had pointed out 
few calls ago. We should also consider moving to a separate directory 
for Spring per Robin's suggestion [1]. I'll put that on the agenda for 
next week.
