Anish discusses the issue and the email
discussion

Bryan has pointed out that no tests
are optional in the current test suite

so the word "applicable" can
be removed

Anish: There are 2 parts here.  One
for the Testcases document, one for the main POJO Spec dcoument

Mike: Should really have 2 separate
issues for the changes to each separate document

Anish: OK, just have this issue deal
with the Testcases document & raise another issue for the other one

ACTION 20110229-02: Anish - raise a
new issue against the POJO C&I spec for conformance changes

Anish: there is also the question as
to where the reference to the ZIP file of the testcases should go

Bryan: Prefer it to be in the "related
work" - since it is not independent of the spec document - and in
the case of the CAA spec, the APIs (etc) are treated as related work in
that specification.  Could still say that the ZIP materials take precendence
over the content of the spec docuemnt (as for XSDs etc)

Anish: I'll prepare an updated proposal
for 227 which addresses all these topics
