The JIRA project for SCA-J has been set up

Members of the SCA-J TC,

As requested, the JIRA project for SCA-J has been set up.

The project can be accessed at
http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/SCAJ

All members of the TC have been added to the project. You should be
able to sign in to JIRA with your regular OASIS credentials with the
caveat that login names are all lower case.
