Invalid namespace in Spring test cases

Hi,

It appears that there is an invalid namespace in most of the Spring context files contained in the SCA Spring test cases:

 xmlns:sca="http://www.springframework.org/schema/sca"

Again, this probably needs a global-search-and-replace.
