ISSUE-43: Use of intents from component types in policySet algorithm -Proposal

Here is a proposal to resolve Issue
43:

Based on sca-policy-1.1-spec-wd-06.doc:

This is the latest draft of the Policy
spec, based on WD-05 with the resolution to Issue 38 folded in.

Looking at Section 4.10 in this latest
draft, it already describes the handling of intents from the

componentType, described as "intents
from the implementation hierarchy", with a reference to the

section of the specification which deals
with this aspect in more detail.

So, the proposal for Issue 43 is that
it is resolved through the existing agreed resolution to Issue 38 and

no more action is required.
