We discussed this same point when the
Assembly test suite was originally published - and we agreed that this
namespace is acceptable.

The namespace http://test.sca.oasisopen.org/
is an inevitable consequence of using the agreed Java package name org.oasisopen.sca.test
for

test Java classes.  The JAXWS specification defines
the mapping of the Java package names to WSDL namespaces - and this namespace
is

the form dictated by the JAXWS specification.

We originally discussed this in July 2009 (nearly a year
ago now!) and I've kept the original emails of the exchanges that we had.
 If you would

like me to send you a copy, I'll be happy to do so.

The namespace is published along with the Assembly test
suite - it is referenced from the front page of the Assembly TestCases
document and

there is a RDDL file for the namespace which is here:

An invalid namespace has been declared for a wsdl resource:
http://test.sca.oasisopen.org/

No such URI exists or will be created. It is understood
that oasisopen.org is being used for Java classes, but all XML schema,
dtds, wsdls, etc. must use a http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/...
namespace.
